Following a formal public procurement tender and evaluation process Ellipse Energy have been selected as the preferred partner for delivery of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council.
In line with European Directives, tenders were evaluated using a method known as MEAT (Most Economically Advantageous Tender). Tenders were evaluated based on both price and non-price factors which were weighted to reflect the relative importance and scored accordingly.
The Council received 13 tender submissions for delivery of the works, so we were proud to be ranked 1st place, with a score of 100% against the evaluation criteria, and secure the contract.
The three contract is for the delivery of EPC’s at various properties in the Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough, approximately between 250 – 450 per year, and has the possibility to be extended for a further two years, in 12-monthly intervals, i.e. max. five years in total, based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
