We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded another contract for the Provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) surveys for Oxford City Councils housing stock…our third consecutive win!
The Contract will be let for an initial period of 2 months, with the view to extend for 2 further yearly periods.
Following a formal procurement process, to appoint experienced DEAs to complete and deliver high standard EPCs across Oxford City Council’s homes, we were successfully awarded earlier this month.
Proposals where evaluated against a scoring criteria of 30% price and 70% quality. Suppliers responding to this opportunity were asked to carefully consider how their response could align with the Council’s corporate priorities which included:
- Meeting housing needs
- Vibrant, sustainable economy
- Strong, active communities
- Cleaner, greener Oxford
- Efficient, effective Council
Our submission enabled us to demonstrate our proven track record and extensive experience of delivering high quality EPCs and associated data that met all of the Councils project requirements. It also gave confidence that we have the resource and skills required to deliver the contract within the strict timescales to allow the Council to meet their objectives and strategic targets.
We attended a formal pre-start meeting with Oxford City Council before any works began to ensure we defined and agreed delivery requirements in-line with the contract, including timescales and other contract key performance indicators (KPIs).
